The River Museum in Wellsville is a hard place to find. If you are on Main Street, look for the Amato Law Offices and you will find the Museum down an alley directly across the street from there. Never mind what I was told. At least it won't be a problem to find it again. Their hours are by appointment now, so I hope to get a group of people together to tour it.
This house is beautiful and I can't wait to see the inside. But has my interest the most at this point is the Sword that General John Morgan carried when he was captured outside of West Point.
Columbiana County has the coolest history that no one even knows about. I see a tour of Wellsville in the future, thought probably not until next year. However, a tour of this museum is possible next month. If you are interested, please let me know.
